I had a lot of work to do today, even though it was a Bank Holiday. Trying to not be stressed and just go with it. It was sunny so I worked outside and I think the fresh air is doing me good. Had a bit of a dull headache most of the evening so lay with a cool pack on my head and dog lying on my stomach. I think the dog knows and is sympathising.
I have some wonderful friends who message and ask how I am doing. I am very grateful for this! I wouldn’t be able to do this secretly, I need all the support I can get.
