All that fiddling around up there has bought on a bleed. It may have been a sympathy bleed after visiting my friend who was having a monthly struggle.
It is not heavy and clearly a lot of lining. I’m a bit dozy so I accidentally dropped my femcup in the loo. This meant I had to use a tampon until I’ve sterilised it . Then, later, when taking the tampon out I dropped that in the loo too!
All this means a 9.30 bedtime with a heat able dog because I feel like I’ve been beaten up.
